pMD18-T Simple Vector

pMD18-T Simple Vector is a high-efficiency TA cloning vector constructed from pUC18, of which the initial multiple cloning sites (MCS) were destroyed. The pMD18-T Simple Vector is 2692bp in size and contains the ampicillin resistance gene for selection. The coding sequence was inserted by TA cloning at site 425. Most commercially available competent cells are appropriate for the plasmid, e.g. TOP10, DH5α and TOP10F´, JM109.

Usage Suggestion：The ORF cDNA sequence can be amplified by PCR with M13-47 and RV-M primers.
